My working day usually begins the day before, when I summarize the results of the previous day, do the next day planning and prepare everything necessary to achieve my further goals.The morning begins with a family breakfast, which inspires me to a fruitful work for the welfare and comfort of my family.I realize how important my job for me and my family is.An important value of my work at Bayer is the lack of working routine.My work is like a kaleidoscope in which every new situation, even though composed of familiar elements, is never repeated.As part of my daily duties I meet with respected and successful people who have achieved leadership roles in the field of pharmacy.Every day improves our collaboration and reinforces the leading position of Bayer and its customers.
My speciality is pharmacy. I used to work as the head of a drug store. I have compared the communication styles of employees in different companies, but the level of professionalism and quality of the Bayer products were so high that I wanted to become a part of the team. In 2007 I became a sales representative at Bayer. After 5 years I developed my managerial skills and was able to be interviewed and become a manager of the Odessa region.
My brightest and most interesting project at Bayer was building the team of leaders in my region. The trainings, provided by Bayer, gave me the knowledge I successfully applied in practice. And using modern tools in teambuilding, analyzing the situation and setting quality objectives of business processes, motivation and control, development of the staff through coaching, ongoing support of leaders and colleagues, our team in Odessa region has managed to achieve a leading position in the ranking of regions of Ukraine in 2013 year.
A significant challenge for me was to get the position of the Business account manager in the Southern region in 2014. My motto "Development forward is the Leadership guarantee" is very important for me. Every day of my work in this sphere is an outstanding event full of difficult and important tasks that we solve together with our clients. The high quality communication, tangible results that substantially affect financial efficiency give the customers the sense of inspiration and confidence. Due to this in March 2016 I became one of the winners on the "Wall of Champions" in the "Champion of interaction with key customers," where colleagues from the marketing department celebrated my actions as being effective in implementing the Bayer marketing strategies.
My path to professionalism and career would not have been possible, but for the excellent organization of work and the corporate culture at Bayer. The Corporate Culture in Bayer is much ahead of time and identifies the trends for other companies. Our motto "Science for a better life" , as well as the corporate LIFE principles philosophy enables common goals and spirit, as well as provides meaning to work.
All of the above mentioned has become possible due to Bayer's corporate philosophy.
I love Bayer because it gives the opportunity to live a full life and unites smart and ambitious people such as my staff and colleagues.
